A new star joins the cast of Arrow when it returns for Season Two this Fall!The CW have today announced the name of a new actress joining the cast of Arrow during its second season. The star in question? Summer Glau, who will take on a recurring role in multiple episodes of the new run. Summer has previously starred in hit US dramas including Firefly, Dollhouse, Alphas, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and The Cape amongst others, so she'll come to the show with a plethora of acting experience.
Summer will play the character Isabel Rochev in the new series. Within Green Arrow comic-book lore, Rochev is an enigmatic executive who aims to take control of Queen Industries and in her attempts to do so, she reveals dark secrets about Oliver Queen's own past. Whether such secrets will transfer over to Arrow Season Two remains to be seen, but Summer's character should nevertheless remain an intriguing femme fatale for Stephen Amell's Oliver to wage wits against this year.
Arrow returns to Sky1 this Autumn.
