The legend of the Boy Who Lived lives on for another day later this month!
Has it really sunk in for any of us yet that there'll never be another Harry Potter film starring Dan, Rupert and Emma on our screens ever again? If so, then fans can at least console themselves in the knowledge that UK cinema venue Vue are resurrecting the final instalment in the movie franchise for one whole day across the country later this month! Yep, that means you'll be able to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 again for one last time on the big screen, with all of its glorious dragon escapes, wand battles and tragic revelations back in the auditorium where they belong for two startling hours of entertainment! The move comes as a result of viewers voting Part 2 their Vue Film of the Year 2011, and although I placed it in fourth on my top ten under The King's Speech, Super 8 and my personal Film of the Year Rise of the Planet of the Apes, I'd still recommend going to see Deathly Hallows again if you've got the time and cash, as it really is a fantastic piece of cinema history. The one-day showings will screen on Sunday, February 26th at Vue cinemas everywhere in the UK, so keep an eye on the venue's website for more details of specific times on this one-off event!
