Medal Of Honor: Warfighter Announced

We'll get the sequel to the 2010 FPS franchise reboot this October!
The Official Xbox Magazine in the United States has confirmed the next Medal Of Honor title is on its way to our consoles later this year. Dubbed Medal Of Honor: Warfighter, the sequel is likely to focus on the broader aspects of the Afghanistan war rather than getting controversial and focusing too much on the Tier-1 soldiers again. I wasn't hugely impressed with the MOH reboot two years back, but I can't wait to see what DICE and EA can do with the Frostbite 2 engine (ripped from Battlefield 3) in modern combat scenarios via the first screenshots and trailer, both of which are expected to surface in the next few days. Medal Of Honor: Warfighter will ship this October- near Assassin's Creed III I presume, probably a wise scheduling move to avoid Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2- for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. Prepare for a biggie, as it'll probably be one of the last modern first-person shooters of this console generation...
