New X-Men: Days of Future Past Promotional Images Released

Heroes and Villains unite for a definitive preview of the superhero sequel's mighty character ensemble!
Empire Magazine have this week released an extensive collection of new promotional images for 20th Century Fox's upcoming superhero film X-Men: Days of Future Past. The sequel to X-Men: The Last Stand, and The Wolverine will bring together the central cast members from both the original trilogy of blockbuster films and the franchise's recent prequel outing First Class.

A surprising factor which may become apparent to readers upon glimpsing the cover image of our article (left) is Anna Paquin's appearance among the ensemble as fan favourite mutant heroine Rogue. Director Bryan Singer had previously stated that Paquin's character had been cut from Days during post-production editing of the film, but unless Empire's photoshoot took place before this development, could her return on one of the UK magazine's collectible twenty-five covers signal that she has been reintegrated after the fanbase's adverse response to the news?
