Warner Brothers Pictures have today released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming animated film The LEGO Movie. Starring Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman, the flick combines CGI elements with stop-motion cinematography for what promises to be a refreshingly unique viewing experience.
The marketing team's latest video preview (below) is titled 'Behind The Bricks', and takes a brilliantly satirical approach to representing both the fictitious and real-world icons featuring in the (stop-) motion picture. Pratt, Banks, Neeson, Freeman and even Anchorman's Will Ferrell are held up to hilarious scrutiny, and if the film can match this cunning metafictional edge upon its release next month, then we're in for something very special. If not, well, chances are that this is going to be a production to remember nevertheless!
The LEGO Movie completes construction in UK cinemas nationwide on February 14th.
