Sony Computer Entertainment and Naughty Dog Games have today released a teaser trailer for a downloadable expansion to their 2013 third-person shooter The Last of Us. Released last June, the title met with grand critical acclaim across the board, and earned a place on a good deal of Game of the Year shortlists to boot in December.
The DLC mini-campaign of new story missions will be titled Left Behind, and will take place after the events of the product's central narrative. In contrast to most teasers of this ilk, the preview (below) that we've been given actually offers substantial hints at what to expect in the digital product, although it does still leave more than enough mysteries hanging to ensure that we're not going in with too much foreknowledge. What's more, after this, PS3 exclusives are lacking on the horizon for Spring and Summer 2014, so fans of the console would be well advised to make the most of it.
The Last Of Us: Last Behind will retail via the PlayStation Network on February 14th.
