New Pitch Perfect 2 Guest Star Announced

Universal Pictures have today announced the next actor set to reprise his role in their upcoming musical-comedy movie Pitch Perfect 2. The sequel to 2012's surprise cult hit Pitch Perfect will once again feature Twilight's Anna Kendrick and Bridesmaids' Rebel Wilson as reigning a ca-champions Beca and "Fat Amy" respectively, with their (ex-)co-star Elizabeth Banks taking the helm as their director this time around.

One member of the original film's charismatic ensemble who won't be reduced to a behind-the-scenes role is Adam DeVine, who'll reprise his role as the ex-leader of the Treblemakers, Bumper Allen. The character was last seen departing the aforementioned male a cappella group after being offered a professional gig, and it'll be fascinating to learn just what Bumper has been up to during the time that has (presumably) elapsed since the events of Pitch Perfect. Stay tuned to On-Screen in the weeks ahead as we find out more on who will and won't be invited back for an encore performance in one of the most promising cinematic productions of 2015.
