Russell T Davies To Leave Torchwood?

Russell T Davies might leave Torchwood after production on its fourth season has completed, according to Digital Spy. The writer, well known for his revamps of Casanova and Doctor Who, is currently the executive producer on the Who spin-off, but said "I think I'm coming to the end of [writing Torchwood] now and I've saved the world then blown it up too many times now". Fans don't have to worry, though, as Davies says he will ensure that Series 4 (currently titled 'Miracle Day') will leave the show in "rude health" and "in a very strong position [so] other writers come in and take it over". Despite the rather saddening turn of events, Russell also said that he thinks Miracle Day is "brilliant", and we can expect to see just why when the ten-part season airs!
