Hugh Jackman is joined by a fellow Les Miserables co-star on his buccaneering adventure!
Warner Brothers Pictures have announced the latest actress set to join the cast of their upcoming fantasy movie Pan. The ambitious prequel to J.M. Barrie's classic novel Peter Pan will star Hugh Jackman as Blackbeard, Rooney Mara as Tiger Lily and up-and-coming teen actor Levi Miller as the titular air-bound protagonist.
Next up on the list of esteemed stars attached to the project is none other than Amanda Seyfried, an accomplished American actress whose versatility seemingly knows no bounds. Between Jennifer's Body, Mamma Mia, A Million Ways to Die in the West and Les Miserables, Seyfried has earned herself countless plaudits for her contributions to a wide variety of different productions, and she'll no doubt enter the role of Mary (the young teenager who Peter whisks away to Neverland in the original text) with the same degree of confidence and admirable passion. Expect to hear more on Pan's narrative and its cast very soon, as production commences today over in the United States!
Pan takes flight at a cinema near you in July 2015.
